Exhibitor Application

We are currently planning the Teacher of Home Economics Specialist Association (THESA) Provincial conference for October 25, 2019, hosted by the Chilliwack Home Economics Teachers Association. We expect that over 250 Home Economics teachers from across the province will attend. The conference will be at G. W. Graham Secondary School, 45955 Thomas Road, Chilliwack, BC, V2R 0B5. 

Thank you for expressing interest in setting up an information booth or selling some of your merchandise in our Merchant Mall. There is a charge of $125.00 per booth or a donation of similar value as door prizes for our conference.  A list of all door prizes will be posted in several locations at the conference venue. In addition, your name will appear on our website. If you would like to participate in our merchant mall, please fill out the form below.

There may also be an opportunity for you to present a workshop or seminar for our conference. Please apply under workshop proposals.

Booth time is Friday, October 25, 2019 from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm.

Set up times at G. W. Graham Secondary School will be Thursday, October 24 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, or Friday, October 25 at 6:15 am.  Please note that no security will be provided for booths, so it is recommended that nothing of value be left Thursday night.
