Magical Mozzarella

Watching cheese being made is a mix of magic and science to amaze students of any ages!  This is a hand-on workshop to learn the science of making mozzarella. You could do this lab in a 60-75 minute class!  Your next lab could use their mozza on pizza?

    Susan Armstrong is semi-retired after teaching Food Studies 7-12 for Mission School District. She TTOC’s a few days a week and teaches Foodsafe.  This still leaves lots of time to boat, fish, garden and play with her grandson!
